We seek a high-level professional to assume leadership of our operations, ensuring efficiency, contractual compliance, and excellence in customer service. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Solid Experience:** **3 to 5 years** leading commercial areas specifically in Facility Management services, cleaning outsourcing, or comprehensive maintenance. * **Academic Background:** Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * **Bid Expertise:** Ability to lead public and private bidding processes, with flawless handling of cost structures (payroll, supplies, margins). * **B2B Management:** Proven ability to negotiate with Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations Managers. * **Leadership:** Capacity to direct, motivate, and audit the performance of a sales team. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute the annual sales plan to exceed revenue targets. * **Key Account Acquisition:** Identify and close business opportunities in strategic sectors (Mining, Retail, Healthcare, Banking). * **Profitability Control:** Ensure each technical and financial proposal guarantees the company's expected profit margin. * **Customer Retention:** Ensure customer satisfaction and timely renewal of active contracts. * **Reporting:** Present sales management indicators (KPIs) and revenue forecasts to General Management. **What do we offer?** * **Stability:** Join a solid, market-leading company. * **Competitive Income:** Base salary commensurate with experience. * **Corporate Benefits:** Formal employment with full statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation).
