Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with and guide mining clients regarding their inquiries and complaints, while providing support during on-site reception at the plant. At ***PALTARUMI*****, a gold mineral processing plant, we are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of ***CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE*** at our ***TRUJILLO*** office under an atypical work schedule of 5x2\. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or similar positions. * Availability to work in Trujillo city under a 5x2 or 14x7\ schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Address mining clients’ inquiries through any available channel, including in-person interactions. * Guide mining clients in submitting complaints or inquiries under your supervision and control, as well as provide updates on the status of submitted inquiries or complaints. * Provide assistance in receiving mining clients at the plant. * Maintain continuous commitment to the activities performed, aiming for continual improvement. **Benefits:** * 100% covered meals. * Transportation from the city to the plant. * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, profit-sharing).
