Coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects **SC DISEÑA is currently seeking (1) DESIGN ARCHITECT.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Architecture * Specialist in architectural design in general * Intermediate level English (non-exclusive) * Minimum **7 years’ experience** developing industrial, mining, and energy projects at the level of detailed engineering for the Architecture discipline * Preparation of technical and economic proposals applicable to detailed engineering projects (Scope of Work) * Minimum **5 years’ experience** coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects * Minimum **7 years’ experience** preparing project progress schedules, Gantt charts, and controlling multidisciplinary engineering projects * Minimum **7 years’ experience** developing technical documentation for the Architecture discipline at the detailed engineering level (MD, detail drawings, INDECI) * Knowledge of standards including NTP, RNE, IBC, IRC, IFC, among others * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and all its extensions, Plan 3D, Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 3D viewers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development of architectural technical documentation at the detailed engineering level * Development of schedules for multidisciplinary engineering projects (MS Project) * Coordination and monitoring of progress for multidisciplinary engineering projects during their design phases * Review of architectural drawings across various stages (conceptual, basic, and detailed) for diverse mining, industrial, and general infrastructure projects * Development of technical and economic proposals for multidisciplinary detailed engineering projects during the technical proposal stage * Development and review of multidisciplinary quantity take-offs for engineering projects **WORK LOCATION:** ATE PLANT **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.8,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you a graduate in Architecture? * In which district do you reside?
