Job Summary: Corporacion Grupo Sur del Peru is seeking a Foreman for highway drilling and blasting works, responsible for personnel management, task execution, coordination, and supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for personnel and work execution control. 2. Organizes and supervises drilling and blasting operations. 3. Directs and controls work execution in coordination with the Resident Engineer. Corporacion Grupo Sur del Peru is seeking a FOREMAN for HIGHWAY DRILLING AND BLASTING WORKS. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Responsible for labor personnel. \-Control work execution. \-Organize and supervise drilling and blasting operations. \-Coordinate with the technical department regarding activities to be carried out. \-Report daily production. \-Direct and control drilling and blasting work execution in coordination with the Resident Engineer. \-Implement any measures required due to emergencies. \-Control the entry and exit of explosives and accessories, reporting to the Resident Engineer. REQUIREMENTS: \-Mining Operations Technician (preferred). \-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in construction and/or similar highway projects, with private or public sector companies. \-Availability to work under a 21x7 regime on highways. \-Must reside in Arequipa, Puno, Moquegua, or Tacna (mandatory). Salary: S/. 3800\.00 Payroll from the first day. Position Type: Full-time, Contract-based. Contract Duration: 6 months. Compensation: Starting from S/.3,800\.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
