Electrical Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced technical designer to develop and update design drawings and technical schematics, coordinating with engineers and ensuring compliance with standards on mining projects. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in designing and updating technical drawings using CAD/3D software. 2. Interdisciplinary coordination to ensure design criteria and standards. 3. Opportunity to work on mining projects utilizing advanced technology. * Develop and update design drawings, construction details, and technical schematics using CAD software and/or 3D tools. * Develop models and documentation in AutoCAD, Aveva E3D, SmartPlant, or other platforms as required by the project. * Coordinate with discipline engineers to ensure deliverables reflect defined design criteria. * Review and control drawing and associated documentation versions, ensuring traceability and compliance with standards. * Identify interferences, inconsistencies, and opportunities for design improvement. * Support preparation of quantity take-offs, material take-off lists (MTO), and technical specifications. * Participate in interdisciplinary model reviews where applicable. * Ensure compliance with international standards, client standards, and internal company procedures. * Maintain effective communication with the project team, contractors, and other technical disciplines. * Technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 8 years of experience as a designer on mining projects. * Proficient in developing single-line diagrams, equipment layouts, and auxiliary installations in industrial plants; capable of preparing material lists and quantity surveys. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Advanced proficiency in E3D modeling software. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Technical English proficiency. * Proactive, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
