We are looking for a Field Supervisor with experience in video surveillance systems (CCTV) to lead field project execution, ensuring proper installation, configuration and delivery of technical solutions, primarily in industrial and mining sectors. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems (analog and IP). * Lead the technical team, ensuring quality and schedule compliance. * Coordinate operational resources (materials, tools, PPEs). * Diagnose technical failures and propose on-site solutions. * Participate in technical visits and new project development. * Verify compliance with safety regulations and technical standards. * Prepare progress reports and technical deliverables. **Requirements:** * Degree or bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising CCTV projects. * Prior experience in sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons or industrial plants. * Experience installing and configuring cameras (Avigilon, Hanwha, Bosch, Hikvision). * Knowledge of structured cabling: UTP, conduits, racks, patch panels, fiber optics. * Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Visio and Excel. * Knowledge of safety standards and documents such as IPERC, PETS, ATS. * Ability to resolve technical incidents and lead under pressure. **We offer:** * Join a company with nationwide project experience. * Participate in challenging projects within the telecommunications sector. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
