Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist with experience in HR process management to join our mining operation at Antapaccay. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in advanced Office applications, Power BI, and AI tools Our company, Compañia Minera Antapaccay, is searching for top talent to fill the position of: HR Generalist 0126 Antapaccay is a copper mining operation belonging to Glencore Group since 2013\. It commenced operations in November 2012, following several years of exploration investment aimed at extending the life of the Tintaya mine. The mining settlement is located in Espinar Province, Cusco Region, at 4\.100 meters above sea level. This operation enables us to continue contributing to the sustainable development of Espinar Province, as we not only foster the creation of direct and indirect jobs and stimulate the local economy through procurement from local businesses, but also invest in social projects targeting communities within our area of influence. Requirements Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, and/or professional title holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Relations, or related fields. A Master’s degree or specialization in Human Resources or related disciplines is preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing HR processes (e.g., personnel administration, service management, report preparation, etc.). Minimum 1 year’s experience in HR roles within mining or related industries. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of personnel administration processes (required). General knowledge of HR processes (desirable). Knowledge of cost & budget management and HR-related service administration (required). Knowledge of indicator management and reporting (required). Knowledge of labor legislation (desirable). **Language:** Intermediate English proficiency (desirable) **Computer Skills:** Advanced Office proficiency (required), Power BI and AI tools (required). **Driver’s License:** AIIA (desirable) – AI for 2 years (required).
