We are currently seeking an **IMS Assistant** who meets the following requirements:
OBJECTIVE:
Assist and support the implementation and monitoring of the integrated management system to enhance our organizational objectives and policies.
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in processes, continuous improvement, IMS, or similar areas.
* Knowledge of ISO standards, internal audit of management systems, risk management, and nonconformities.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
* Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
* Map and analyze internal processes across various departments.
* Develop and update flowcharts, procedures, and operational documents.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational controls.
* Support the implementation of administrative and operational improvements.
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper process standardization.
* Prepare and manage harmonizations and certifications of our corporate management system.
* Monitor KPI performance and prepare statistics for analysis and improvement opportunities.
* Coordinate with each Human Resources subunit and follow up on all corrective actions implemented.
