We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping to provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Position Objective:** Produce engineering within the instrumentation and control discipline, ensuring safety and a high standard of quality in calculations and deliverables, in accordance with design criteria, standards, and regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform calculation, design, and engineering production activities as assigned by the Discipline Lead. * Comply with safety and quality criteria in design for the Instrumentation Discipline, applying national, global, and client-specific codes, standards, and regulations for calculations. * Participate in reviewing technical specifications and design documents from potential manufacturers and suppliers of electrical equipment. * Propose and meet efficient and realistic deadlines for producing Conceptual Studies, Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies, Basic and Detailed Engineering Designs, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Operations Manuals, and Technical/Commercial Proposals—depending on tasks assigned by the Discipline Lead. * Develop loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, instrument layout and cable routing diagrams, communication diagrams, control and communication architectures, general plant layout and section drawings, wiring and control materials and components, and signal and variable lists. * Ensure compliance with Worley’s Quality Assurance System and HSE System in assigned engineering production. **What You’ll Bring?** **Software, Processes, and Tools:** · **Specific Knowledge:** Instrumentation design and engineering for Mining Infrastructure and Oil\&Gas projects. Experience in telecommunications and communication networks is valued. · **Specific Experience:** Minimum 3 years (Level I) of relevant professional experience in the discipline. Project management skills and ability to work in a high-pressure global environment. · **Academic Qualifications, Accreditations, Training:** Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, with active registration at the College of Engineers of Peru (\#CIP). Specialization in electronic design and automation standards. · **HSE Skills:** Actively promote behaviors aligned with our LIFE value and applicable HSE policies for the Instrumentation Discipline. · **IT Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and AutoCAD. · **Personal Competencies:** Strong oral and written communication skills expected. · **Knowledge:** Telecommunications, wired and wireless communication networks, LTE 4G, 5G, VHF communication, wireless networks, fiber optic network design, internal (structured cabling) and external plant infrastructure, Wi-Fi and LTE systems, computer network design, microwave links, and technology used in mining units. · **Other Skills:** Autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset within work, ability to operate in a global environment. Planning and control skills. · Intermediate (+) English proficiency.
