Continuous training We are looking for a **PLANNER** who meets the following profile: ***Requirements:*** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering * 1 year of experience in the metal-mechanical field and concentrator plant maintenance. * 2 years of experience in similar positions within the mining industry in **LIFTING** * Intermediate-level Office skills, MS Project, report writing, inventory management, etc. **MUST BE RESIDENT IN AREQUIPA OR CUSCO (MANDATORY)** ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Support the preparation of the Work Plan, based on information provided by the Budget Department, verifying and controlling the necessary resources for execution of the budgeted service. * Responsible for requesting required resources and supervising their availability at the worksite. * Support coordination with MMG’s Planning Department regarding delivery of scopes of assigned services. * Supervise that resources are operational and available to operations. * Control of both operational and resting personnel, as well as equipment and resources. * Control and rotation of intermittent personnel according to service requirements. * Verify that daily work reports are submitted to the client. Participate in assigned work teams and perform other duties assigned by the Planning Manager.
