At **ICBA**, we are seeking top talent to join our team as: **TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER** We are a metal-mechanical company with over **46 years of experience**, dedicated to the **production and development of pumps, hydrocyclones, nests, and metal-mechanical products** for the mining sector. **General Objective:** Ensure optimal operation and availability of equipment and facilities through a comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance program that guarantees operational continuity. Additionally, efficiently manage resources, reduce costs caused by unexpected failures, promote safety in all interventions, and foster continuous improvement in maintenance processes. Requirements: Technical Professional in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Electricity, and/or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in the metal-mechanical sector. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. Knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics. Time management, teamwork, and continuous improvement orientation skills. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Perform equipment diagnostics, prepare inventories, and plan preventive and corrective actions. 2\. Manage resources (materials and personnel) and schedules to ensure cost and deadline compliance. 3\. Supervise task execution by internal or external personnel, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety policies (SSOMA), and schedules. 4\. Manage documentation for approvals, payments, and purchase orders. 5\. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct analysis of recurring failures to implement technological and methodological improvements. 6\. Optimize costs and manage spare parts and tool inventories. 7\. Negotiate and coordinate with certified suppliers for specialized services. 8\. Respond promptly to critical failures, ensuring rapid equipment restoration. 9\. Design emergency protocols and corrective action plans. 10\.
