Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in hydraulics and pneumatics to perform corrective maintenance and ensure the operational functionality of production machinery. Profit-sharing in accordance with the law We are a Peruvian company with over 60 years of experience manufacturing and distributing industrial radiators and heat exchangers for the mining, fishing, industrial, and automotive sectors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Experience as a Maintenance Technician (Hydraulics, Pneumatics) (Mandatory) * Perform corrective maintenance on production plant machinery. * Ensure machine operability (Mandatory) * Assess non-operational machinery and propose corrective maintenance actions (Mandatory) * Report the current status of machinery requiring corrective maintenance and recommend whether maintenance should be performed internally or externally. * Issue alerts when issues arise due to lack of spare parts and machine components. * Knowledge of metrology (Mandatory) * Reading of structural drawings. * Pneumatic and hydrostatic testing. * Use of torque tools. * Assembly and disassembly of bolted metal structures (Mandatory). **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the field. * Maintenance Technician or related technical degree. * **Experience in metal-mechanical sector companies, industrial equipment firms, or related fields** (preferably in radiators or heat exchangers). **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one * All statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses (Independence Day and Christmas), vacation, ESSALUD, and mandatory life insurance * Profit-sharing in accordance with the law * Job stability in a company with over 60 years in the market * Dynamic work environment undergoing operational modernization * Only pre-selected candidates will be contacted.
