Job Objective
Support the Quality Engineer in controlling, inspecting, and monitoring assembly and installation activities for stationary plants, verifying compliance with technical specifications, quality procedures, and project standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree, graduate, or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields.
* Experience in mechanical assembly projects, industrial maintenance, or stationary plants (preferred).
* Knowledge of interpreting mechanical and isometric drawings.
* Basic knowledge of inspection of metal structures, mechanical equipment, and piping.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
* Basic knowledge of quality standards and record preparation.
* Familiarity with PETS, IPERC procedures, and SSOMA standards.
* Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule.
* **Availability and ease of commuting from Lima, Huancayo, Huancavelica, or areas adjacent to the Ticlio Mining Unit.**
Main Responsibilities
* Support the Quality Engineer during mechanical assembly inspections.
* Verify that work is executed according to drawings and technical specifications.
* Prepare and control inspection records, checklists, and inspection protocols.
* Assist in material and equipment receipt and inspection.
* Conduct visual inspections during structural and equipment assembly.
* Track the resolution of observations and non-conformities.
* Organize and maintain up-to-date project quality documentation.
* Assist in preparing the Quality Dossier.
* Coordinate with production for inspection scheduling.
* Record photographic evidence of performed activities.
* Prepare daily progress and inspection reports.
* Comply with company-established safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
