TECMEING PERU SAC, a metal construction company with more than 20 years in the market, is looking for the following profile for our metal building construction projects. **Position Objective:** Ensure successful assembly and installation on the assigned project, guaranteeing compliance with technical, quality, and safety scopes, as well as committed timelines. **POSITION REQUIRED:** ASSEMBLY WORKER **(IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED)** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in modular assembly (schools, hospitals, mining modules, among others) * Portfolio of completed works (schools, hospitals, mining modules, among others) and contact numbers of completed projects. * Working at heights * Submit CV, copy of ID, utility bill, police and criminal background checks. * Work outside Lima (in provinces) **SOFT SKILLS:** Proactive during construction execution and proposing better work methods. ***Adaptability, assertive communication, and teamwork.*** ***Critical thinking*** and problem-solving on-site. **Time management** during project execution, ensuring work **quality**. **Functions:** * Assembly and disassembly of metal structures / industrial buildings. * Gutter installation. * Knowledge of materials such as metal profiles, gutters, angles, etc. * Ability to cut, drill, shape, and assemble steel parts. * Ability to plan assembly processes and execution timelines. * Experience working at heights. * Ability to read technical drawings. * Manual installation of metal structures. * Sealing joints with Sika Flex. * Perform on-site work, considering work quality. **Work Location: ON-SITE ACCORDING TO PROJECT (currently in Barranca province)** **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED** Keywords: construction, project, build, building, project Job type: Full-time Workplace: On-site Application deadline: 08/25/2025
