JOB OFFER \| Mining Operations Assistant \- Mining Trading Company REQUIREMENTS: * Male, aged between 20 and 30 * Honest, upright, hardworking, responsible, and eager to advance MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Collect mineral samples during each operation 2\. Upon finalizing the sale with the client, coordinate workers to fill BB bags and supervise on-site operations 3\. Arrange trucks to transport filled BB bags to our warehouse WORK LOCATION: Industrial Park BENEFITS AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: ✅ Base salary: S/ 1600 per month. Subsequent salary increases will be based on your competence and job performance. ✅ Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If you complete your tasks before closing time, you may leave early. ✅ Fully free lunch every day ✅ We are currently searching for a new warehouse. In the future, if accommodation is required, the company will provide free dormitory facilities at the warehouse premises. ✅ Promotion opportunity: Once you master the company’s entire operational workflow and demonstrate outstanding capability, you may be promoted to a supervisory position to lead and manage your team.
