Job stability and a positive work environment About Us Galu Service S.A.C. is a company with over 7 years of experience in industrial infrastructure construction and maintenance. We work with leading companies in the pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing, and retail sectors. We seek to add to our team a multifunctional operator with proven experience in finishing works, maintenance, and general services. Main Responsibilities We seek a "multifunctional" operator capable of autonomously and competently performing tasks across multiple specialties: * **Laminate (Melamine):** cutting, assembly, and installation of furniture, closets, shelving units, countertops, partitions, and custom-built furniture. * **Plumbing Installations:** installation and repair of water and drainage systems; replacement of faucets, toilets, sinks; PVC and CPVC pipe connections. * **Glasswork:** measuring, cutting, installing, and replacing glass, shower enclosures, mirrors, and windows. * **Painting:** surface preparation, filling, sanding, and application of latex paint, enamel, anti-corrosive coatings, and epoxy coatings on walls, metal structures, and furniture. * **General Services and Maintenance:** minor masonry repairs (patching, concrete repairs), drywall, basic locksmithing, installation of fixtures, and corrective maintenance in offices and industrial plants. Requirements * Minimum **3 years of experience** as a multifunctional operator, general maintenance technician, or similar role (mandatory). * Proven proficiency with electric and manual tools: drill, angle grinder, circular saw, jigsaw, silicone gun, miter saw, level, square. * Ability to read basic blueprints and/or follow installation sketches. * Willingness to travel to job sites within Metropolitan Lima. * Availability to occasionally work extended hours or weekends when required by the project (compensated). * Possession of basic personal tools (desirable, not mandatory). * Valid national ID (DNI), with no criminal or police records. Desirable (adds points) * Certification or experience in working at heights (harness use). Desirable * Training or experience in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health). Desirable * Experience working in industrial plants or environments with strict safety protocols (pharma, mining, food). Personal Competencies * Responsible and punctual. * Attention to detail and finish quality. * Ability to work autonomously and resolve on-site contingencies. * Professional interaction with end clients (work is often performed within client facilities). * Commitment to safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
