Job Summary: We are seeking Metal-Mechanical Technicians to fabricate equipment and machinery across various industrial sectors, performing assembly, bracing, and plant layout tasks, with responsibility for maintaining plant order and cleanliness. We are a metal-mechanical company manufacturing equipment and machinery for various industrial sectors, primarily serving the mining, agro-industrial, and steel industries. We are currently seeking **2 METAL-MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience (for technical professionals) or relevant work experience. * Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing processes (cutting, bending, rolling, fitting, assembly), lifting operations, and handling materials used in the sector. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of boiler-making and fitting drawings; welding; types of steel. * Availability to work in the Ate District – Alt. Paradero Tagore. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review workshop drawings to determine required tools and direct/indirect consumables, and to plan personnel assignments. * Perform assembly, bracing, and plant layout according to each project’s complexity level, reporting to the supervisor. * Complete withdrawal vouchers for direct and indirect consumables as per the plan. * Analyze, review, and complete the daily ATS form together with team members according to assigned tasks. * Responsible for plant production area order, cleanliness, and maintenance. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Additional mobility bonus of S/ 10 per day worked. * Opportunity to join and grow with a growing organization. * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 4:20 PM) and Saturday (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
