**Job Description**
The company requires Long-Hole Driller Operators for mining projects in Peru. This position targets professionals with proven experience operating long-hole drilling equipment in underground mining.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Operate long-hole drilling equipment to perform drilling in production and development activities in underground mining.
* Execute drilling according to the pattern, design, and parameters established by the operations or engineering department.
* Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections, verifying hydraulic, electrical, lubrication, boom, drill, and safety systems.
* Ensure correct drill location, alignment, and depth according to the drilling design.
* Identify and report mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic failures that may affect operations.
* Coordinate with supervisors and drilling and blasting personnel regarding working conditions and sequence of operations.
* Comply with safety procedures, operational standards, and controls established for underground mining.
* Record drilled meters, operating hours, incidents, and equipment conditions.
Requirements
* Willingness to travel to provincial areas
* Class A2b (or equivalent) driver's license
* Availability to work on a 14-days-on/7-days-off schedule
Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.4,500.00 per month
