Requirements: * Licensed engineer, **registered with the professional association and legally authorized to practice** (mandatory). * Residence in **Lima** (mandatory). * Valid driver's license (minimum class A1\). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience as an Operations Engineer** in **mining concentrator plants**. * High level of **active listening** and **persistence**. * Positive attitude, proactivity, and results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team.
