Position Summary: We are seeking an OSH Trainer for a mining unit, responsible for delivering mining safety training and promoting compliance with current standards and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct in-person training sessions on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) 2. Promote active worker participation during training sessions 3. Participate in the continuous improvement of the training program **IGH GROUP** is seeking an **OSH Trainer** to work at a mining unit under the General Labor Regime, responsible for delivering mining safety training and promoting compliance with current standards and regulations. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Deliver in-person Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training sessions in accordance with current mining regulations. * Facilitate Annex 4, Annex 5, Annex 6, Fatal Risk, and Integrated Management System (IMS) courses. * Apply participatory training methodologies (Edutainment, B\-Learning, and practical exercises). * Develop theoretical and practical sessions using audiovisual resources and real-life mining operation cases. * Assess learning through exams, ongoing feedback, and final evaluations. * Promote active worker participation during training sessions. * Manage attendance, assessments, and records via the digital platform and QULLQI APP. * Maintain up-to-date documentation and training evidence for audits. * Monitor learning progress and verify field application of knowledge. * Participate in monitoring, impact evaluation, and continuous improvement processes of the training program. * Prepare monthly and final training service reports. ***Requirements:*** **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree holder and registered professional in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, Safety, Mining, or related fields). * Specialization or additional training in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (OSH&E) or Integrated Management Systems. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational safety and health within the mining sector. * Experience as an OSH&E Supervisor. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a facilitator, instructor, or trainer in mining safety or high-risk work topics. * Experience delivering in-person training in mining operations or industrial projects. **Technical Knowledge** * Current mining safety regulations: * Law No. 29783 – Occupational Safety and Health. * Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM and its amendments. * Supreme Decree No. 005\-2012\-TR. * OSH&E and ISO 45001 Management Systems. * Hazard identification, risk assessment, and operational controls. * High-risk activities (working at heights, lifting, lockout/tagout, confined spaces, etc.). * Leadership, empathy, and group facilitation skills. * Commitment to preventive culture and safe behavior. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment registration from day one – General Labor Regime * Full CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay) * 30 calendar days of vacation * Essalud health insurance * 14 annual salaries: 12 months \+ 2 bonuses (Independence Day and Christmas). * Excellent working environment Application Question(s): * Please indicate your current place of residence and contact number. * Do you have experience as an OSH Trainer or instructor in mining occupational safety and health training?
