At HIDROLED PERU S.A.C., we are looking for: **PLANT ASSISTANT – MINING PROJECT (CUSCO)** Operational staff responsible for providing support in the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in operational or industrial work (preferred). * Basic knowledge of tools. * Good physical condition and up-to-date vaccinations. * Must reside in Cusco. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in the operation of water treatment plants. * Perform cleaning and organization of equipment and facilities. * Assist in basic maintenance tasks. * Comply with safety procedures. **CONDITIONS** * Work schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off. * Work location: Mining unit – Cusco **WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration. * Training in plant operation. * Opportunity for career development.
