We operate nationwide with strategically located plants in Piura, Arequipa, Trujillo, and Nazca **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the mining sector, performing Mining Operations Supervision duties at Metallurgical Plants or Beneficiation Plants. * Immediate availability to work in Piura under a 20x10 work regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards * Supervise and coordinate to guarantee safe, efficient, and sustainable achievement of objectives. * Optimize GRINDING\- CYANIDATION operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Monitor performance of equipment involved in assigned processes. * Train and supervise plant personnel. * Monitor ore blending (BLENDING) * Prepare continuous improvement reports as defined by management * Prepare production and performance reports. * Perform other specific duties of the position. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration with 100% coverage of all statutory benefits * All transportation, meals, and accommodation will be covered by the employer. * Career development path * Positive work environment **Note:** **\- "This recruitment is open to persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973\."** Workplace: On-site employment Salary: S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
