Job Summary: LEPSA is seeking an industrial engineering or industrial administration graduate to receive drawings, develop manufacturing programs, manage materials, and design process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and manage process and machinery improvement projects 2. Ensure compliance with the 7S methodology in the workplace 3. Develop cylinder weaving programs and part manufacturing plans LEPSA is a Peruvian company that designs, manufactures, and installs corrosion-resistant industrial equipment made from FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) and thermoplastics. We primarily serve mining and fishing sector companies, providing solutions for demanding industrial processes. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Graduate of Industrial Production Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings * Proficiency in using calipers * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Effective communication skills * Gender: Male ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Receive engineering department drawings and use them to develop cylinder weaving programs and part manufacturing plans for production areas. * Request materials required for mold and metallic part fabrication. * Develop and oversee plant maintenance scheduling. * Design and manage company-wide process, machinery, and infrastructure improvement projects. * Ensure compliance with the 7S methodology in work areas across Plants 1 and 2\. * Perform other duties assigned by supervisors. ***WE OFFER:*** * Market-competitive salary * Formal payroll registration from day one * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage * Profit-sharing payments * Full benefits under the General Regime Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
