Position Summary: LEPSA, a company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of corrosion-resistant industrial equipment, seeks a professional to schedule production, manage materials, and improve processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and administration of process and machinery improvement projects. 2. Development of the plant maintenance schedule. 3. Ensure compliance with the 7S standards in work areas. LEPSA is a Peruvian company that designs, manufactures, and installs corrosion-resistant industrial equipment made from FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) and thermoplastics. We primarily serve companies in the mining and fishing sectors, providing solutions for demanding industrial processes. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Graduate in Industrial Production Engineering or Industrial Administration. * Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings. * Proficiency in using calipers. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Effective communication skills. * Gender: Male ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Receive engineering department drawings and, based on them, prepare the cylinder winding schedule and fabrication plans for components to be manufactured. * Request materials required for mold fabrication and metallic components. * Develop and oversee execution of the plant maintenance schedule. * Design and administer process, machinery, and infrastructure improvement projects. * Ensure compliance with the 7S standards in work areas of Plants 1 and 2. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. ***WE OFFER:*** * Competitive market-based salary * Formal payroll registration from day one * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage * Profit-sharing payments * Full benefits in accordance with the General Regime Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
