Position Summary: Ensure compliance of assembly, installation, and testing work for stationary power plant electrical systems according to specifications and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and enforcement of quality procedures during installations Position Objective Ensure that assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning work for stationary power plant electrical systems complies with technical specifications, drawings, national and international standards, quality procedures, and client requirements, thereby ensuring conformity of all executed project work. Requirements * Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineer. * Registered and licensed professional (desirable). * Experience in quality control and assurance for industrial or mining electrical projects. * Experience in electrical assembly and installation for stationary power plants. * Knowledge of electrical panel, MCC, electric motor, transformer, and distribution system installation. * Knowledge of interpreting electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, control schematics, and cable lists. * Experience in developing and monitoring Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. * Availability to work under a 20x10 work schedule. * **Availability and ease of relocation from Lima, Huancayo, Huancavelica, or areas near the Ticlio Mining Unit.** Main Responsibilities * Supervise adherence to quality procedures during electrical assembly and installation of the plant. * Verify that electrical work is performed in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards. * Develop, review, and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). * Inspect cable tray, conduit piping, raceway, and support installation. * Verify laying, identification, and termination of power, control, and instrumentation cables. * Inspect installation of electrical panels, MCCs, transformers, electric motors, and grounding systems. * Supervise electrical tests including continuity, insulation resistance, grounding resistance, and equipment operational testing. * Coordinate and participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning tests. * Prepare protocols, inspection records, and quality reports. * Manage Non-Conformities (NCs), corrective actions, and follow-up of observations. * Prepare and administer the project Quality Dossier. * Coordinate inspections with the client and supervision team. * Issue technical reports and periodic quality progress reports. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
