We seek students or recent graduates interested in developing expertise in industrial process quality control and plant-based work. Requirements * Final-year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Mechanics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of quality control and production processes. * Knowledge of mechanical drawing interpretation (desirable). * Familiarity with measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, tape measure, etc.) (desirable). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Interest in pursuing a career in the metal-mechanical industry and plant-based work. * Availability for on-site work in Arequipa. Responsibilities * Support quality control in metal-mechanical manufacturing processes. * Conduct basic inspections of metal parts and structures under supervision. * Assist in recording inspections and document control. * Collaborate in preparing and organizing quality dossiers. * Support verification of compliance with quality procedures. * Provide operational and administrative support to the quality department.
