Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. 2. Implements new recruitment methods. 3. Maintains the candidate database up to date. Corporativo Lomas is a prominent Peruvian mining company engaged in mineral processing. We operate nationwide with strategically located plants in Piura, Arequipa, Trujillo, and Nazca. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Psychology or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment and Selection Assistant in Mining, Construction, or Hydrocarbons. * Immediate availability to work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Arequipa. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, direct, and control end-to-end recruitment and selection processes at the Arequipa site. * Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements, adhering to service-level timelines. * Implement new recruitment methods for operational positions. * Prepare charts and reports on selection processes. * Maintain the candidate database up to date. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration with 100% statutory benefits. * Gross Salary: S/ 2500 * Transportation allowance * Monthly and timely payments * Career development path * Pleasant work environment **Note:** * **\- "This vacancy is open to persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973\."** Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
