Position Summary: We are seeking a Revit Modeler with experience in fire protection system engineering development for modeling, drawing production, coordination, and quantity take-offs. Coordination with various disciplines **REVIT MODELER – FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS** We are currently seeking a **Revit Modeler** with experience in fire protection system engineering development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Revit modeling of fire protection systems: fire water network (sprinklers, fire cabinets, pump room), detection and alarm systems, and passive fire protection. * Production of drawings from the BIM model (plans, sections, details, isometrics). * Preparation of connection drawings and single-line diagrams. * Coordination with other disciplines (architecture, structures, MEP). * Quantity take-offs and information extraction from the model. * Use of BIM 360 platform **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Revit MEP (intermediate to advanced level). * Proven experience in fire protection system modeling. * Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing preparation and editing. * Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (NFPA preferred). * Ability to interpret basic and detailed engineering documentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial or mining projects. * Knowledge of pump room modeling and special systems (foam, clean agent, etc.). * Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection Employment Type: Full-time, Freelance Salary: S/.2,800.00 – S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
