Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible Rigger/Signalmen to rig loads, direct lifting operations, inspect lifting equipment, and coordinate with crane operators at a mining camp. Comply with administrative and safety procedures. **We urgently need 2 Rigger/Signalmen!** **For the Antamina mining camp in Huaraz.** **GERCAR S.A.C.**, a solid and leading company providing hydraulic crane rental services to the mining, construction, and energy sectors, is urgently seeking two **(02\) Rigger/Signalmen** to work at a mine under a 2x1 shift system. **PROFILE:** We seek proactive, responsible, and punctual professionals who meet the following requirements: * **Education and age:** Technical education, ideally aged between 20 and 40 years. * **Experience:** Minimum of **2 to 3 years** performing lifting operations on projects, with proven experience operating trucks equipped with Fuller transmissions (Volvo, Hino, Scania, International). **Mining experience is mandatory.** * **Certifications:** Valid rigger certification, preferably issued by GMI, Bureau Veritas, León y Russo, or SGS. * **Additional documentation:** Possession of a valid **Annex 14** for Antamina is desirable (non-exclusive). * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of traffic rules and safety regulations. * **Location and availability:** * Reside in Lima (desirable). * Have **immediate availability** to work at a mine under a 2x1 shift system. **What will be your responsibilities?** As a Rigger/Signalman, you will be responsible for: * Rigging loads and directing the crane operator during lifting operations. * Inspecting and testing lifting equipment under your responsibility. * Completing the **Continuous IPERC** form jointly with the operator. * Working collaboratively and maintaining constant coordination with the crane operator. * Complying with all administrative and safety procedures established by the client. **What do we offer?** * Belong to a solid and continuously growing company. * Access to ongoing training for your professional development. * Statutory benefits.
