In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Comply with procedures during the performance of activities within your work shift. * Coordinate and execute sampling and sample preparation activities under the supervision of the Lead Sampler. * Sample copper and molybdenum shipments according to quality standards established in work procedures. * Collect pulp samples from Plant Samplers. * Prepare geological samples, complying with procedures and quality assurance and control measures established at each stage of the process. * Perform Plant Sample Preparation tasks (Cu and Mo), complying with procedures and quality assurance and control measures established at each stage of the process. * Conduct moisture assays on copper and molybdenum shipment samples; results have high operational decision-making implications. * Assist the Lead Sampler in performing equipment controls to ensure proper equipment operation. * Carry out housekeeping and cleaning activities for materials and operational areas. * Comply with the company’s environmental, safety, and quality policies. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering; or Metallurgical/Chemical Technician qualification. * Minimum one (1) year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of regulations: ISO 17025; ISO 12743; ISO 10251; ISO 11794\. * Availability to work under a 14x7 work regime\. **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Corporate agreements.
