Position Summary: SC DISEÑA is seeking a Senior Design Architect to develop and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects, preparing technical documentation and economic proposals. Proficiency in BIM tools and technical regulations **SC DISEÑA is currently seeking (1) SENIOR DESIGN ARCHITECT.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Specialist in general architectural design. * Intermediate level English (not mandatory) * Minimum **7 years' experience** in developing industrial, mining, and energy projects at the detailed engineering level within the Architecture discipline. * Minimum 5 years' experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects. * Minimum 7 years' experience preparing project progress schedules, Gantt charts, and managing multidisciplinary engineering projects. * Minimum 7 years' experience developing detailed technical documentation for Architecture projects (MD, detail drawings, INDECI). * Knowledge of technical standards such as NTP, RNE, IBC, IRC, IFC, among others. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and all its extensions, Plan 3D, Navisworks, Revit, and 3D BIM viewers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of technical and economic proposals applicable to detailed engineering projects (Scope of Work). * Development of architectural technical documentation at the detailed engineering level. * Development of project schedules for multidisciplinary engineering projects (MS Project). * Coordination and monitoring of progress for multidisciplinary engineering projects during their design phases. * Review of architectural drawings across various stages (conceptual, basic, and detailed) for diverse mining, industrial, and general infrastructure projects. * Development of technical and economic proposals for multidisciplinary detailed engineering projects during the technical proposal stage. * Development and review of multidisciplinary quantity take-offs for engineering projects. **WORK LOCATION:** ATE Plant **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday.
