Position Summary: We are seeking an ADR Plant Shift Supervisor responsible for metallurgical processes in leaching and doré bar production, with a focus on integrated management systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead heap leaching processes for gold-bearing minerals. 2. Operation of ADR plants (Adsorption, Desorption, and Reactivation). 3. Knowledge of metallurgical mass balances and extraction kinetics. ADR PLANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR For Corihuarmi Mining Unit, located 4 hours from Huancayo, Junín, at an elevation of 4,800–4,900 m above sea level. Current work schedule is 20 days on / 10 days off (subject to change), with salary negotiable based on documented experience and qualifications. Direct payroll employment with the company, including all legally mandated benefits. Offered salary is NON-NEGOTIABLE at **S/5,000.00 gross per month.** · Bachelor's degree, licensed, and duly registered in Metallurgical Engineering. · Minimum 3 years of experience in heap leaching of gold-bearing minerals, ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, and Reactivation) processing plants, doré harvesting, and smelting for final doré bar production. · Knowledge of metallurgical mass balances and extraction kinetics. · Knowledge of hydraulics for lixiviant solution distribution and pumping networks. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel with pivot tables and macros, AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D are desirable. · Familiarity with integrated management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 to meet productivity and OSHMS objectives.
