At HIDROLED PERU S.A.C., a company specializing in the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants nationwide, we are seeking: **PLANT SUPERVISOR – MINING PROJECT (CUSCO)** A professional responsible for supervising the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants within a mining unit, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with safety standards, and process efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Licensed and registered engineer (Chemical, Industrial, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in operation and/or supervision of water treatment plants (since registration and licensing – mandatory). * Experience in mining or industrial projects (mandatory). * Valid A2 driver’s license. * Good physical condition and up-to-date vaccinations. * Residence in Cusco (mandatory). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise daily operations of water treatment plants. * Coordinate and supervise field operations personnel. * Verify compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. * Prepare operational and plant performance reports. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. * Coordinate with the mining unit’s supervision team. **CONDITIONS** * Work schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off. * Work location: Mining unit – Cusco. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration. * Participation in a major mining project. * Opportunity for professional growth.
