Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Sheet Analyst to translate industrial clients' requirements into precise technical specifications for manufacturing. Coordinates with pattern-making and production teams to ensure alignment **Job Description:** We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive **Technical Sheet Analyst** to join our team. The primary objective of this position is to translate requirements from our industrial-sector clients (mining, fishing, energy, and corporate) into precise technical specifications that guarantee standardization, quality, and efficiency throughout the entire manufacturing process. **Technical Knowledge and Skills** * **Textile Technical Expertise:** Solid knowledge of garment construction processes, fabric behavior (woven and knitted), trims, and finishing techniques (embroidery and printing). * **Product Specialization:** Proven experience in developing workwear and high-durability garments (jackets, coveralls, vests, shirts, polo shirts, etc.) for men and women. * **Design Tools:** Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator for drafting technical drawings. (Familiarity with or basic knowledge of pattern-making software such as Optitex is a plus.) * **Data Management:** Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for measurement charts and consumption calculations). * **Quality:** Familiarity with industrial quality standards (ISO-related regulatory orientation is a significant advantage). **Main Responsibilities** * **Requirement Analysis:** Analyze, interpret, and structure product specifications required in corporate client tenders and purchase orders. * **Documentation Development:** Prepare and layout comprehensive technical sheets (design, measurements, seams, trims, operation sequence, and tolerances) for all manufacturing stages. * **Information Quality Control:** Ensure technical sheets are accurate and faithfully reflect the approved sample, guaranteeing consistency in mass production. * **Operational Coordination:** Collaborate closely with pattern-making, sample development, and production departments to ensure absolute alignment among patterns, technical sheets, and physical garments. * **Continuous Updates and Improvement:** Manage post-sample modifications, measurement corrections, and improvement opportunities, maintaining an up-to-date technical archive. **Soft Skills (Competencies)** * **Attention to Detail and Precision:** Analytical focus to prevent millimeter-level errors in specifications. * **Effective Communication:** Fluency and assertiveness when conveying technical requirements to operators, pattern-makers, and supervisors. * **Problem Solving:** Proactive attitude to propose garment construction improvements that optimize production time and cost. * **Teamwork and Commitment:** Absolute accountability for departmental deliverables and goals. **Job Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Technical graduate in Fashion Design, Industrial Pattern-Making, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Sheet Analyst or in similar roles within garment manufacturing plants. * **Age:** Between 20 and 30 years old. * **Availability:** Immediate. * **Employment Type:** Full-time, Permanent (on-site). **Application Instructions:** Please submit your updated CV promptly to soporte@bavela.pe or via WhatsApp \+51\*\*986\*\*146\*\*067\* Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
