Job Summary: We are seeking Technical Supervisors to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure operational continuity of IT infrastructure in the mining industry. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in IT services for the mining industry We are a company dedicated to providing IT infrastructure services to ensure operational continuity for the mining industry. We are currently seeking **Technical Supervisors** with the following profile: **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. · At least 3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary work teams. · Solid knowledge of OT infrastructure, structured cabling, and Plant systems. · Willingness to travel and work on rotating shifts. · Familiarity with ITIL-based service models. · Knowledge of Peruvian mining legislation. · Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, OSHA 18001\) · Valid driver's license with at least two years of validity. (Mandatory) · Residency in the southern region of the country. (Mandatory) · Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule\.
