Introduction
We are looking for an EIC Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering maintenance and technical advisory services to our customers across delivery, installation, commissioning, assembly, maintenance, repair, and upgrading of multi-brand control systems and Metso equipment or spare parts.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
Execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and inspection of equipment and systems.
Respond to technical requirements and coordinate activities with customers and internal departments.
Prepare technical reports, document progress, findings, and corrective actions.
Conduct inspections and recommend maintenance plans and spare parts.
Provide technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to customers.
Electrician
Perform maintenance on low- and medium-voltage industrial electrical systems.
Diagnose faults in motors, generators, transformers, VFDs, switchboards, and MCCs.
Carry out installation, assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical equipment.
Verify electrical parameters and participate in commissioning activities.
Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Instrumentation Technician
Perform maintenance, calibration, and diagnostics of industrial instrumentation.
Address failures in instruments, valves, sensors, and PSI/Courier systems.
Configure instruments and conduct functional tests.
Support industrial analyzers and Metso systems.
Interpret and update instrumentation documentation.
Control and Automation
Configure and maintain PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs, and industrial networks.
Develop and optimize control and automation logic.
Execute integration testing, signal validation, and commissioning.
Participate in commissioning and process optimization activities.
Prepare and update control and automation technical documentation.
Who We Are Looking For
Completed technical higher education in electricity or electronics, automation, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering is also acceptable.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar roles involving control and automation.
Experience in commissioning control systems.
Experience detecting faults using PLCs.
Experience in maintenance, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up projects.
Experience programming multi-brand control systems.
Knowledge of maintenance for concentrator plants, crushing and grinding equipment, and processes.
Willingness to travel to various mining units.
