We operate nationwide with strategically located plants in Piura, Arequipa, Trujillo, and Nazca **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education * Valid driver's license: AIIA, AIIB, or equivalent * Minimum 3 years of experience operating crawler tractors * Must have experience in platform or dike finishing * Knowledge and proficiency in working with topographic templates * Basic knowledge of maintenance and mechanics for yellow-line equipment * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule in Piura **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Finishing and leveling execution:** Perform finishing, profiling, and precision leveling tasks on platforms, dikes, and slopes * **Staking out using templates:** Interpret and execute fieldwork using templates and topographic drawings to ensure required elevations and tolerances * **Other duties:** Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, aligned with departmental objectives **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll with 100% coverage of all statutory benefits * All transportation, meals, and accommodation will be covered by the employer * Career development path * Positive work environment **Note:** **\- "This recruitment is open to persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973\.** Salary: S/.2,800\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
