Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials and final products, managing non-conforming products, and maintaining quality control records.

**GENERAL FUNCTION:**
Ensure and report the quality results of raw materials upon receipt and of final products.
Handle and treat non-conforming products.
Maintain up-to-date quality control records.
Ensure traceability and statistical analysis of raw material test results.
**SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:**
· Perform quality control analyses on raw materials and final products according to the Quality Plan: Raw Material Incoming Quality Control and Finished Product Quality Control.
· Report raw material analysis results to Production and Logistics to facilitate purchasing decisions and negotiate fair raw material prices with suppliers.
· Address and resolve customer complaints regarding the company's product quality.
· Identify non-conforming products and inform General Management and Production Management for handling and subsequent treatment.
· Ensure proper storage and dispatch of final products.
· Support the development of Technical Specifications for the company's final products.
· Identify, record, and handle non-conforming products.
· Enter analysis results for raw materials and final products into the system.
· Issue quality certificates for products manufactured by the company.
· Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned work area.
**POSITION PROFILE:**
**EDUCATION**
· Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or other engineering discipline.
**TRAINING**
· Knowledge in:
\- Analysis of Non-Metallic Industrial Minerals.
\- Management Systems: ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001\.
\- Advanced Microsoft Office.
\- Statistical sampling plan management.

Education:
* Completed Bachelor's Degree (Desirable)
