Positive Work Environment **B2B Commercial and Sales Assistant** At TERRAN INDUSTRIAL SAC, a Peruvian company specializing in the distribution of SANDDER TNT industrial safety footwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), we are looking for top talent for the position of B2B Commercial and Sales Assistant. We are part of the SANDDER Group. **Responsibilities:** * Provide commercial area support in B2B client service and management. * Prepare and send commercial quotations. * Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities until closure. * Manage and track orders and shipments. * Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing inquiries and requests. * Update the customer database, quotations, and commercial opportunities. * Support reactivation of existing clients and prospecting of new opportunities. * Prepare commercial tracking reports and dashboards. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial assistance. * Prior B2B sales experience is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at basic/intermediate level. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and results orientation. * Experience in PPE, footwear, hardware, or industrial products is desirable. **What We Offer:** * Salary: S/ 1,500 monthly \+ Commissions * Formal employment registration and statutory benefits, according to employment modality. * Training on our products and commercial processes. * B2B Sales Development and Learning. * Career Path within the Commercial Area. * Positive Work Environment.
