Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to design content, manage social media, and support corporate events. Key Highlights: 1. Social media management and digital campaign execution Marketing Assistant **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Lima Working Hours * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Two Saturdays per month, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Requirements * Male or female, aged between 25 and 40. * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in video and photo editing software: * Adobe Illustrator * Photoshop * Canva * Premiere Pro or similar * Demonstrable experience in agile production, recording, and editing of videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. * Ability to rapidly edit content on mobile devices using applications such as CapCut. * Knowledge of digital trends, transitions, and viral social media content. * Experience in organizing and setting up exhibition booths for trade fairs and corporate events. * Social media management and digital campaign execution. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools. * Strong writing and communication skills. * Proactive, creative, organized, and self-motivated individual. Responsibilities * Design graphic assets and audiovisual content for campaigns and social media. * Record, edit, and publish content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. * Manage social media accounts and support digital marketing campaigns. * Coordinate the company’s participation in trade fairs, events, and promotional activities. * Manage advertising materials, merchandise, and corporate branding. * Coordinate with vendors and support commercial strategies. * Prepare reports and performance indicators for the department.
