Experience in marketing, fashion, and digital commerce We are looking for a Marketing Assistant! **Alisson Dalia**, a Peruvian women's footwear brand, is looking to add a creative, proactive Marketing Assistant with a passion for social media, content creation, and the world of fashion to its team. What are we looking for? * Student or graduate in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields**. * Creativity, initiative, and ability to propose content ideas. * Interest in and knowledge of **TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms**. * Proficiency in photo and video editing tools. * Prior experience creating social media content is preferred. * Availability to work **on-site**. * Availability for part-time or full-time hours, including weekends, as required for events or business needs. What will your responsibilities be? * Assist in managing and administering the brand’s social media accounts. * Create, film, and edit content for **TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms**. * Photograph and film products. * Edit photos and videos according to the brand’s visual identity. * Schedule and publish daily content, following prior coordination and approval. * Support marketing campaigns, photo shoots, events, and brand activations. * Propose new content ideas and trends to strengthen our digital presence.
