If you enjoy teamwork, project coordination, and supporting campaign execution, this opportunity is for you. You will be a key support for the marketing team, collaborating on the planning, coordination, and monitoring of campaigns for different brands, ensuring adherence to schedules and supporting the proper execution of each project. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in planning and executing marketing campaigns. * Coordinate with creative and audiovisual teams for project development. * Monitor activity and campaign schedules. * Coordinate delivery of materials and information across departments. * Support in organizing meetings and tracking agreements. * Track assigned tasks and projects. * Provide administrative support to the marketing department. * Assist in other marketing-related functions as required. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketing Assistant or in similar roles. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media. * Ability to coordinate campaigns and track projects. * Excellent organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Proactivity and goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Availability to work on-site in Lima, Peru. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Continuous training. * Participation in projects for various brands. **Important:** This position is 100% on-site in Lima, Peru; therefore, we seek candidates residing in Metropolitan Lima or those available to commute daily to the workplace.
