Participation in high-impact strategic projects. **Job Objective:** Optimize operational efficiency and coordination of digital projects, ensuring that SEO, web development, and user experience (UX) services are delivered on schedule, meet the company's quality standards, and maximize the productivity of technical and creative teams. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor work dashboards (monday), meeting minutes, and work plans to identify schedule deviations and ensure timely delivery by project teams. * Monitor KPI compliance for SEO services and generate data for review by the SEO Manager and Operations. * Proactively alert stakeholders about bottlenecks or delays before they impact clients. * Ensure content calendars, schedules, and action plans are updated by established deadlines. * Validate time tracking for each service and issue alerts for non-compliance. * Maintain documented templates and processes (SAD). * Coordinate with third-party service providers. * Track adherence to maintenance programs for assets related to the service (equipment, software, etc.). * Support performance evaluations of team members. * Manage and track attendance and work leave requests. * Manage the meeting calendar for the SEO Manager and Operations. * Identify process inefficiencies and propose operational improvements. * Maintain and track client-facing meeting schedules, ensuring participation of assigned team members. * Coordinate client onboarding. * Prepare initial briefs and kickoff documentation. * Evaluate client satisfaction with provided services and issue corresponding reports. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree — Graduates from technical or university programs (Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields). * Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in operations and marketing (experience in marketing agencies is preferred). **Knowledge & Skills:** * Proficiency in project management tools (Office 360, monday.com, Trello, Asana). * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, tracking formulas). * Familiarity with Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs) for document coordination. * Familiarity with digital industry platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) — not for deep operation, but for managing access and interpreting reports. * Ability to draft administrative documents (meeting minutes, briefs). **We Offer:** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Monday–Friday working schedule. * Opportunity to join an innovative and continuously growing company. * Professional development opportunities in the SEO field. * Excellent working environment. * Active participation in high-impact strategic projects.
