We are currently seeking highly qualified professionals to fill the position of* ***Commercial Assistant:*** **REQUIREMENTS** * Mandatory experience in sales or the commercial area * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in telemarketing and/or customer service (preferred) * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks * Immediate availability * Residence in areas near Santiago de Surco (preferred) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Handle leads from new and active client portfolios * Generate quotations, track progress, and close deals * Coordinate with Pre-sales for conferences, visits, etc. * Filter and provide databases as coordinated with respective supervisors * Coordinate with Marketing for participation in cybersecurity events, trips, conferences, etc. * Support onboarding and training for new staff * Information Management: Manage commercial information and generate sales reports * Assist in preparing commercial files * Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings with current and prospective clients * Travel to pursue new business opportunities * Other duties related to the position **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration per local labor law * Flexible working hours * Suitable work environment: * You will join a high-performance team with a high degree of specialization * You will have professional challenges * A defined career path * You will be part of an industry-leading organization * Free continuous training * Timely salary payments Workplace: On-site employment Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
