Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator and TikTok Live host to strengthen our social media presence by recording, editing, and generating ideas aligned with trends and brand objectives. CONTENT CREATOR AND TIKTOK LIVE HOST At Feumagic, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-passionate individual to help us boost our presence on TikTok. What will you do? * Record and edit videos for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. * Propose content ideas aligned with trends and brand objectives. * Support and participate in live streaming (TikTok Live). * Create organic and promotional content for our products and services. * Coordinate recordings with clients and team members. * Analyze social media trends and growth opportunities. * Assist in weekly content planning. What are we looking for? * Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. * Proficiency in CapCut or other editing tools. * Comfort speaking on camera or directing recordings. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of trends, viral audio, and high-performing formats. * Creativity, initiative, and organizational skills. * Desired experience hosting TikTok Lives. * Desired knowledge of social media sales. Schedule: In-person Compensation \* S/ 550 per month (Part-Time – 21 hours per week). \+ Commissions for TikTok videos. \+ Additional payment of S/ 10 per hour for events or fairs (voluntary participation, subject to availability). Schedule \* 21 hours per week. \* Sunday: mandatory attendance. \* Other days scheduled according to the candidate’s availability, primarily in the afternoons (starting at 12:00 p.m.). Responsibilities \* Create content exclusively for Feu Magic’s TikTok account. \* Record 3 to 5 videos per shift, following a pre-designed content strategy. \* Mandatory participation in live streaming (Lives) to promote products and interact with the community. \* Receive training on the brand’s content creation methodology. \* Support customer service in-store one day per week. \* Provide operational support as needed, including package shipping via courier agencies (e.g., Shalom), always within working hours. \* Optionally support campaigns, events, or fairs when available. Performance-based Commissions We reward content that delivers results. \* S/ 20 for each video reaching 10,000 or more views. \* Commissions are paid monthly and are cumulative. \* The count resets each month. Example: \* 5 videos with over 10,000 views = S/ 100 commission. \* 10 videos with over 10,000 views = S/ 200 commission.
