You won't just be fixing tickets, you'll be the tech pillar of our operations: keeping our platforms running, supporting our team, and helping us automate smarter every day. If you're someone who identifies problems before they escalate, communicates clearly in both Spanish and English, and genuinely enjoys building and optimizing systems — we want to meet you. **What You'll Do** * Web Management – Monitor, maintain, and optimize our WordPress and Shopify sites daily. Fix bugs, broken links, UI issues, and handle technical SEO proactively. * Help Desk \& User Support – Be the go\-to tech person for our team. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage access, and support tools like Slack, Monday.com, and Google Workspace. * Infrastructure – Manage DNS configurations (GoDaddy, Cloudflare), cPanel, and server environments. * Automation – Build and maintain workflows using n8n and GoHighLevel to streamline business operations. * Dev Support – Assist the lead developer with code updates, maintenance of larger projects (including ERP systems), and version control. * Google Ecosystem – Manage Google Business Profile, moderate reviews, and administer Google Workspace accounts. **Requirements** Academic: * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Technical – Must\-Haves: * Advanced knowledge of WordPress and Shopify (admin, design, maintenance) * Solid programming logic with intermediate/advanced skills in PHP, HTML5, CSS/SCSS * Experience with DNS management, cPanel, and server configuration * Proficiency in Google Workspace and Google Business Profile * Advanced English, written and spoken (essential for North American client and team communication) Technical – Nice to Have: * Experience with n8n and/or GoHighLevel automation * Knowledge of TypeScript and version control (Git) * Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) **The Kind of Person We Need** * Proactive – You spot issues before users do and act without being asked * Organized – You manage web, support, and infrastructure tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball * Bilingual Communicator – You explain technical issues clearly to non\-technical teammates in Spanish and English * Self\-Sufficient – You work remotely with discipline, structure, and minimal supervision * Growth\-Oriented – You're always learning and looking for smarter ways to do things * Reliable – The team counts on you.
