At AX ARCHERY, we are looking for a responsible, active, and committed Maintenance Assistant, willing to support the organization, conditioning, and maintenance of our sports facilities and equipment. Part Time: 24 hours SCHEDULE: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 3:30 PM – 9:40 PM Wednesday: 4:20 PM – 9:40 PM COMPENSATION: S/ 585.00 – S/ 600.00 WHAT WILL YOU DO? Repair and assemble targets using specialized materials. Set up and dismantle the training field before and after sessions. Perform basic maintenance on arrows, targets, and other sports equipment. Maintain order, cleanliness, and good condition of the facilities. Assist with transportation, organization, and inventory control of materials and supplies. Provide operational support to the Coordinator and the sports team. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Responsible, proactive individuals with good physical fitness. Completed high school or technical studies (in progress or completed). Minimum 3 months of experience in operational or maintenance roles is desirable.
