Pleasant environment The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **MONITOR \- PART TIME** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support and motivate the group during activities. * Model a positive and cooperative attitude. * Assist in organizing materials and spaces. * Report needs or issues to the coordinator. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience working with children * Completed secondary education * Availability to work in Santiago de Surco * Availability to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/500\.00 * Formal payroll enrollment from Day 1 under the General Regime * Ongoing training opportunities * Pleasant environment * Complimentary corporate gym access Monthly salary: S/.500\.00 Work location: In-person employment
