We invite you to join our team as a Back Office Operator. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (certificate of studies required). * Minimum 3 months of Back Office experience (preferred). * Proficiency in Windows desktop (W7, W8\.1, W10\). * MS Office, Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Level I networking knowledge. * Familiarity with IT service management and incident logging tools. * Customer service training courses. * Intermediate-level MS Excel knowledge. * Availability to work on-site in La Victoria (Part-time or Full-time). **Responsibilities:** * Providing telephone support to users regarding issues with fixed services, including telephone and chat support. * Ensuring operational continuity of incident support services reported by users of systems covered under the service scope. * Handling application-related incidents from the Help Desk. * Continuously monitoring pending tickets and ensuring their proper closure. On-site work mode: FULL TIME AND PART TIME, MONDAY TO SUNDAY, 24/7 (rotating shifts of 8 hours per day, 1 rest day), schedule range: 10 AM to 10 PM.
