We are currently seeking a highly organized and strategically minded **Project Manager** to lead the execution of our projects from conception through final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards. What will you do in this role? * **Project Leadership:** Plan, execute, and oversee LED lighting projects across diverse industries, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and defined scopes. * **Resource Management:** Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, installation, and sales) to ensure efficient, uninterrupted workflow. * **Client Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations, reporting progress, and resolving technical or commercial queries. * **Quality and Risk Control:** Proactively identify potential technical or logistical bottlenecks and propose immediate solutions. * **Supplier Management:** Coordinate the supply chain for LED components, luminaires, and installation materials to guarantee on-time deliveries. * **Project Closure:** Oversee commissioning, ensure signing of acceptance certificates, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement. What are we looking for? (Requirements) * **Education:** University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Electronics), Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing B2B projects, preferably in lighting, construction, energy, or technology sectors. * **Technical Knowledge:** Understanding of lighting systems, energy efficiency, and basic blueprint reading (desirable but not mandatory). * **Methodologies:** Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum). PMP certification is a strong plus. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.) and advanced Excel skills. * **Soft Skills:** Leadership, assertive communication, negotiation ability, and excellent crisis management.
